In September 2019 the building was purchased by Cromwell Property Group. Cromwell Property Group is a Real Estate Investor Manger that owns, manages and invests in commercial property. Cromwell actively manage a portfolio of 35 quality Australian property assets and our in-house property management team overseas the management of the assets, ensuring that their tenant customers are happy, buildings are operating efficiently and upgrades are delivered on time and on budget. NABERS In 2019, the building was awarded NABERS Indoor Environment rating of 6 stars this coupled with our NABERS Energy Base Building rating of 5.5 stars showing that the building is operating at a high level of energy efficiency whilst simultaneously providing high quality service to occupants. NABERS Indoor Environment Rating Base Building measures the environment's impact on the occupants of an office building as such an Indoor Environment base building rating is achieved through a combination of various environmental measures such as thermal comfort, air quality and acoustic comfort. We are very proud of achieving a 5.5 star base building rating for our tenants.
